Stephen Michalik
Director of Innovation, SOAR STEM Studio
Stephen Michalik leads SOAR STEM Studios as the sole instructor, curriculum designer, and program visionary. With over 20 years of experience in STEM education and leadership—both internationally and in Texas—Stephen brings unmatched expertise, creativity, and passion to every class, camp, and coaching session.
As co-founder of All Nations Community School, he helped develop an award-winning STEM program that includes robotics, engineering, and drone certification. His teams have earned spots at the VEX World Championships each year since 2021, and now, through SOAR, he’s making those same high-level experiences available to a broader community of learners.
Stephen believes that students learn best when they’re building, creating, and having fun and that every child deserves access to exciting, real-world STEM experiences.
