Stephen Michalik leads SOAR STEM Studios as its sole instructor, curriculum designer, and visionary. With over 20 years of STEM education and leadership experience in Texas and abroad, he brings unmatched expertise, creativity, and passion to every class, camp, and coaching session.

As co-founder of All Nations Community School, Stephen built an award-winning STEM program featuring robotics, engineering, and drone certification. His teams have qualified for the VEX World Championships every year since 2021. Now, through SOAR, he’s bringing those same high-level learning opportunities to a broader community.

Believing that students learn best by building, creating, and having fun, Stephen is dedicated to making real-world STEM experiences accessible to every child.
